Returns & Exchanges – Galopettes

We want you to absolutely love your Galopettes. If for any reason they’re not quite right, we’re happy to help with a return or exchange in line with the policy below.

1. Returns Window

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

  • Items must be clean, free from hair, dirt, or odour

Any items returned worn, used, or damaged may not be accepted.

2. How to Request a Return

To start a return, please email us at:

hello@galopettes.co.uk

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Your full name

  • The reason for your return

  • Whether you’d prefer a refund or exchange

We will reply with return instructions within 2 working days.

3. Exchanges

If you need a different size, we’re happy to exchange, subject to stock availability. Once we receive and inspect your return, your exchange item will be dispatched as quickly as possible.

If your requested size is no longer available, a full refund will be issued instead.

4. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected:

  • You’ll be notified by email

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method

  • Please allow 3–5 working days for funds to appear in your account (depending on your bank)

Original postage costs are non-refundable.

5. Return Postage

  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit

  • If your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us before returning and we’ll cover the return costs

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

Every order is quality-checked before dispatch. However, if you receive an item that is:

  • Faulty

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll resolve this as a priority.

7. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Items that have been worn for riding or outdoor use

  • Items without original tags

  • Items returned outside of the 14-day window

8. International Returns

International customers are welcome to return items; however:

  • Return postage, customs duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
